JCW Petfood has always had the motto of good nutrition at affordable prices and will continue to produce and market with that motto in mind. All brands are made to a fixed formula which has been tried and tested over many years.

Raw material is sourced mostly abroad and all processed protein raw material is tested in Stellenbosch by Prof. Chrisjan Cruywagen prior to inclusion.

The manufacturing processes consist of 8 single barrel steam extruders, inline cutters, cascade radiator coolers and drum coaters for liquids. Gelatinization (cook test) are conducted to ensure cook to be above 80%. Digestibility and palatability test are also conducted in the manufacturing process.
