Dr Marius Coetsee

Dr Marius Coetsee is a graduate of both the University of Stellenbosch and the Medical University of South Africa.

He qualified as a specialist orthodontist in 1993 and has been in this practice ever since. He served as chairperson of the Western Cape Orthodontic Studygroup and as treasurer for the SA Society of Orthodontists. He regularly attends international orthodontic congresses and courses and has been invited to lecture extensively throughout SA.

Dr Coetsee has been involved with the University of Stellenbosch as well as University of Western Cape as a consultant and examiner.

We believe continuing education is essential, in order to be on the cutting edge and stay current with all the most recent developments in orthodontics. We use only the latest technology in passive self ligating braces (Damon system) to the benefit of our patients. This enables us to give you the perfect smile with minimum discomfort over the shortest period of time.

Our competent staff strives to treat our patients personally in a relaxed atmosphere. We care about our patients and good communication is the credo of our practice. We pay attention to small detail.

Dr Coetsee, together with 3 oral hygienists and 4 administrative personnel forms our team. We are a close knit unit with the common goal of ensuring you of a positive orthodontic journey.
