HF Ontwikkelaars (HF Developers) was founded in 1980 by Flip and Irene Fouché in Klerksdorp, Northwest Province. This company soon started to explore to the Western Cape Province for development opportunities and the head office of HF Ontwikkelaars settled in the beautiful Helderberg area.

In 1999 Herman Fouché, his son, joined hands with Flip and HFO Construction was officially formed.  Son-in-law Riaan Lourens also joined the HFO team during the course of 2006.

Sadly, Flip Fouché passed away in 2013. However, thanks to the honourable legacy that he has left,  together with a well-trained team, Herman and Riaan today, represent HFO as two dynamic directors.

HFO Construction is involved in various projects as the main contractor.  With contracts varying from R2 million to R120 million in the residential and commercial field, HFO Construction is proud to have a share in the market.
