Old Mill Lodge

he Old Mill Lodge is centrally situated in Springbok, the capital of Namaqualand, and is the ideal stopover between Cape Town and Namibia, or a convenient base for those visiting Namaqualand’s annual flowers. It lies nestled among tall trees, offering a cool haven for the weary and discerning traveler.

Accommodation is offered in beautifully appointed spacious suites, luxuriously furnished with an Old World charm. Each suite has been individually decorated and named after the spring flowers which paint the landscapes in a floral carpet seasonally and are further enhanced by en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

A delicious farm-style breakfast is served each morning in the dining room at an additional cost per person, and dinner is available by request. The lodge has a lovely outdoor area with seating, a tranquil garden setting, and a plunge pool with braai facilities. Safe parking is available on the premises.

The lodge is located a stone's throw from the Goegap and Namaqua National Parks. It is an ideal base to explore the Richtersveld, Fish River Canyon, Orange River, Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, and Augrabies National Park.
