TIC PROPERTY SALES was launched in 2000 by Mr Jacques van Rooyen and was later joined by his father, Mr Mauritz van Rooyen, in 2002 as Associate.

Head office in Pietermaritzburg, with Jacques covering the Durban, North and South Coast, Mauritz, Pietermaritzburg & Midlands and a network of valuers and appraisers covering the rest of the country. Deon Jonck heads up the estate agency and deals primarily with our out of hand property sales.

TIC Property Sales provide the following competent and qualified services:

– Recovery of assets and the insurance thereof,

– Provision of security, safe storage, repair and maintenance where required,

– Valuation, appraisal and disposal by public auction and private treaty as may be determined by the trustees / liquidators and or Master of the Supreme Court.
