Brackenridge Estate Home

Brackenridge Estate Home is situated on Piesangvalley Road 

The main objective of the development of Brackenridge Estate is to provide a high- quality lifestyle for residents, and the purpose of these Rules is to protect this lifestyle. These Rules have been established in terms of the Constitution of the Brackenridge Estate Homeowners Association (Brackenridge Estate HOA) created under section 29 of the Land Use Ordinance, 15/1985. They are binding on all occupants of the estate, as is any decision taken by the Trustees in the interpretation thereof.
