We treat a variety of conditions and pain caused by the following structures in the body muscles, bones, joints, nerves, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and spinal discs. We use manual techniques (hands on) which include massage, mobilizations and manipulations as well electro-therapy modalities.

This is needed for heart and lung conditions where patients require either chest physiotherapy and/or exercise for heart and lung conditions following surgery to improve endurance, stamina and functional independence.

There is no condition which exercise does not help for. This includes musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative rehabilitation. We stretch stiff/shortened structures and strengthen weaken structures through exercise as well as balance training, plyometrics, proprioception and gait pattern retraining which is done at our well equipped gym.

We are able to treat a wide variety of neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Bell’s palsy and developmental delays. Our focus is to re-educate and rehabilitate to your highest level of function to improve your activities of daily living (washing, toileting, dressing and eating), quality of life and independence.
